A boat is a very special place of residence and requires complete observance of strict rules of conduct both by the crew and the guests. The more the team adheres to the rules, the more pleasant the atmosphere on board will be.

I - GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Rules of Conduct on Board shall be laid down to protect the interests of all guests aboard the boat.
  2. These Rules shall prescribe conduct obligations for guests when using accommodation, food and other services, as well as the means of using the onboard appliances and equipment.

II - GUEST CHECK-IN

  1. On arrival on board, the guest shall check themselves in with the authorised personnel. During the check-in, the guests shall deliver their personal documents for the purpose of their names being entered into the Guestbook.
  2. Before ultimately leaving the boat, the guests shall check themselves out and pay the fee for the provided services. The guest shall receive an invoice for the paid fees.
  3. In case of a reservation, the guest shall enclose a voucher received after paying for the reservation.

III - USE OF ONBOARD SPACE

  1. At check-in, the guest shall receive a cabin number. This number shall be used for all other onboard services.
  2. The guest shall take care of the order and orderliness in the cramped space on board – everybody should take care of their "personal space" (the cabin they sleep in) and participate in maintaining the orderliness of the common rooms.
  3. Every day, the guest shall be entitled to all meals offered on board and included in the accommodation price.
  4. The guest may use any onboard facilities intended for guests.
  5. The guest may not wilfully manage the onboard appliances without the permission of the boat service (crew).

IV - SAFETY ON BOARD

  1. On arrival, each guest shall undergo safety training with the boat crew for the possibility of an accident.
  2. Children are permitted on board only if they are over 12 and are the sole responsibility  of their parents.
  3. Each room on board shall be equipped with life jackets.
  4. If anything suspicious should occur, the guests shall make sure to contact the boat crew.
  5. Trip plans shall always depend on the weather conditions and shall mainly be determined by the skipper.
    The guests are kindly asked to have in mind that their safety is always top priority. The skipper shall be entitled, depending on the weather forecast, to modify the route and the trip plan at his own discretion in order to ensure our guests the best possible travel conditions.

V - SAFEGUARDING PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND LIABILITY FOR INJURIES ON BOARD

  1. The guests shall take care of their belongings and items on board.
  2. The managing team on board shall not be held liable for missing or damaged guests' belongings, nor for any accidents or injuries caused on board by guests' negligence.

VI - ONBOARD ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

  1. It is forbidden to leave and discard solid refuse anywhere other than in designated containers.
  2. The guests shall maintain order and cleanliness in all the places they sojourn in.
  3. Destroying boat property is forbidden.

VII - PUBLIC ORDER AND QUIET ON BOARD

  1. The guests shall observe public order and quiet on board.
  2. The night quiet on board lasts from 22:00 to 06:00 hours. 

VIII - FIRE PROTECTION

  1. The boat shall be equipped with fire-extinguishing equipment and devices which are to be used by all the guests and fire extinguishing teams organised by the boat crew.
  2. It is forbidden to bring easily inflammable fuels, explosives etc. on board.
  3. Should a fire break out on board, the guests shall be required to respond to organised fire extinguishing.

IX - OTHER RULES

  1. Any damage, malfunctioning installations and equipment or any failure to abide by these Rules of Conduct on Board  shall be reported by the guest to the boat crew.
  2. Any complaints about the work on board can be entered into the Complaint Book, which can be found in the common  guests room.

X - THE CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES OF CONDUCT ON BOARD

  1. The guest shall abide by all the provisions of these Rules of Conduct on Board.
  2. If a failure to observe the prohibitions prescribed by these Rules is established, the boat managing team may cancel the onboard accommodation of the guest in question. 
  3. In case of accommodation cancellation pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 2 of this Item, the guests shall compensate the damages they caused.
